You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility and exclusions

Contact us before returning an item. Customized items, final-sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are excluded unless applicable law provides otherwise. These exclusions do not reduce rights for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

Return shipping and fees

For eligible returns, including no-reason returns and damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, JLab pays return shipping and provides a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds, exchanges, and cancellation

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after approval. Exchanges are available for eligible items. You may cancel before shipment; after shipment, this return process applies.
